Or as Ryan Holiday would say, The obstacle is the way. It was a nice serendipitous moment considering I’ve been reading more stoic philosophy in the past few days.

I like the past tense, as you can’t do nothing about it, it just is this way. So you should accept and deal with it.

And the added “Catch the moment”… you have to reframe your problems as opportunities and you have to do it now in the present moment. Not later, not tomorrow. Now.
